Overview

IBTCI is currently seeking a Human Resources Associate.  We are looking for someone who is assertive, works with a sense of urgency and possesses a strong work ethic.  This position is located in Vienna, VA and starts immediately.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:  
  • Assist with interview coordination.
  • Manage electronic and hard copy records.
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Data management.
  • Coordinate all staff meetings including lunch coordination, meeting facilitation, etc.
  • Office management duties including office supply ordering, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Records management experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
 Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience.
 Education:  
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Working Environment:  Work is typically performed in an office environment.

Physical Requirements:  This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.

Supervisory Responsibility:  This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

Travel:  None.

Work Authorization:  Must be authorized to work in the USA.
